Yagyo Haven is a licensed wellness and beauty establishment in Singapore providing spa, facial, scalp, and body therapy services. All treatments and services are performed by qualified and trained professionals in accordance with Singapore’s health and safety standards.

• You are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of an adult.
• You will use this Site only for lawful purposes.

3. Bookings and Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

A deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure your booking.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Refunds will only be provided if required under Singapore’s consumer protection laws.

5. Health Conditions and Contraindications

Please inform our therapists of any medical condition, allergies, or injuries before treatment. Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant clients or individuals with specific health conditions. Yagyo Haven will not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from withheld information.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST (if applicable).

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods include cash and credit/debit card.

7. Vouchers, Packages, and Promotions

All vouchers, gift cards, and packages are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Expired vouchers or packages will not be extended or refunded.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. By using our Site or booking services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for service delivery, marketing, and administrative purposes.
