Beauty & Wellness Centre Manager

Salary Range: $7000 - $10000
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the overall operations of the centre to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery in accordance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement work plans, assign clear responsibilities to staff, and ensure all team members achieve operational, service, and sales objectives.
  • Analyse customer needs and market trends, set service goals and performance standards, and formulate strategies to maintain competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer acquisition, retention, and feedback to improve service quality and strengthen client relationships.
  • Implement and maintain a fair and effective system of rewards, incentives, and disciplinary measures to build a motivated, cohesive, and high-performing team.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to consultants, therapists, and staff to enhance their technical, sales, and customer service capabilities.
  • Manage inventory, daily cash flow, and operational reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all centre facilities, treatment rooms, and equipment.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints professionally, providing timely resolutions that uphold the company’s reputation.
  • Collaborate with management on marketing activities, promotions, and sales initiatives to achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with headquarters or management as required.
  • Presentable appearance, professional demeanour, with both authority and approachability.
  • Proven experience in managing beauty/wellness operations.
  • Responsible, dedicated, and committed to excellence.
  • Strong professional skills with knowledge of beauty industry operations and business models.
  • Prior beauty salon/spa management experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is required, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking customers and staff.
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
  • Female candidates only, as this role involves supervising and working closely with female therapists in a female-focused spa environment, where gender is a genuine occupational requirement to ensure client comfort and cultural sensitivity.
  • At least 2 years of store/centre management experience with solid professional knowledge.
  • Strong professional ethics, with experience in promotions and staff training.
  • Team-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal, and stress-management skills.
  • Honest, responsible, empathetic, and highly effective in execution.

Photographer

Salary range: $5000 - $6000

Job Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality portrait photographs and videos for client sessions, photoshoots, marketing campaigns, and company events, in accordance with the Company’s visual standards.
  • Set up and operate professional photography and videography equipment, including lighting, backdrops, and camera gear, ensuring proper handling and maintenance.
  • Perform post-production tasks such as photo retouching, color correction, video editing, and digital archiving to deliver polished and high-quality content.
  • Create, shoot, and edit short-form video content suitable for platforms such as TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
  • Understand and apply new media platform algorithms and content strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with Makeup & Styling Artists and the Centre Manager to ensure brand consistency, creative direction, and a smooth photoshoot workflow.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safe storage of all photography equipment and studio areas.
  • Support content creation and promotional activities as required to meet the Company’s marketing and branding objectives.

Beauty & Wellness Therapist

Salary range: $3,500 – $5,000

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent treatment services in beauty, hair therapy, wellness, facial, and spa, with performance based on service quality and customer satisfaction (no hard selling).
  • Uphold professional ethics, deliver courteous service, maintain high treatment standards, and protect the company’s reputation.
  • Participate in daily team briefings, follow work schedules, and complete monthly work plans.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer reception and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Massage certification and/or hair therapy experience preferred (training will be provided for candidates without prior experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; service-oriented, patient, and detail-minded.
  • Hardworking, responsible, with good professionalism and positive work attitude.
  • Team player with cheerful and positive personality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin will be an advantage, as you will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
